Obituary of Pieter Teeninga

October 11, 1923 - December 26, 2016 Peacefully went to be with his Lord and Saviour, in his 94th year. He is now singing with the heavenly chorus. Predeceased by his first wife, Ann (nee Kuiper) and his second wife, Jane (nee Westra-Pranger). Loving father of Bernard (Anita), Albert (Betty), Jake (Jenny), Peter (Ruth), Hilda (Gordon) Schuldis, and the late Christina. Dear step-father of Helen (the late Hank) Hogeveen, Betty (the late Allen) Pranger, Susan (Sid) Jansen, Gus (Barbara) Pranger and Janette (Gord) Bogart. Beloved Opa to his 19 grandchildren and 22 step- grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 41 step- great grandchildren. Former owner of Teeninga's Delicatessen in Oshawa. Pieter's family would like to thank the staff of Glen Hill Strathaven Lifecare Centre for their care and compassion.
