Obituary of John Francis Trimble

Passed away peacefully, on Saturday August 26, 2017, at the age of 85. 

Beloved husband of Mabel (nee Vanstone). Dear father of Elroy, Brad (Kathy), Clint (Lynn), Julie (Chris), Kelly (Larry) Jackson, Curtis (Beth), Elaine (Scott) Weatherup, Betty-Jean (Ross) Macdonald and the late Marcy. Dear “Grump” of 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Cherished brother of Robert (Rose), Jim (Nadeen), Gloria  (Patrick) Munroe, Patsy (Alex) Simon and the late Joan Faryna. Survived by brother-in-law Michael Faryna. Predeceased by his parents, Aylmer & Marjorie and granddaughter, Emma Jackson.

Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North, Bowmanville on Monday August 28th from 2-4 & 6- 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday August 29th at 11 am. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a Charity of Choice.
